What currency are your prices in?
All currency is priced in USD .

How do I know which size will fit me best?

Most of our sizes fits true to size, take your normal size. If you have questions about a specific style’s fit or measurements, you can always contact Customer Care . Please include your measurements so we can help you find the right size.

What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track it and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Sale

What does Final Sale mean?
All items marked Final Sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Can I return Final Sale items?
All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.  If you send a Final Sale item back to us for a return, we will not be able to process a refund. 

Shipping

How fast will my order ship?
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-6 business days of its ship date. We do not ship on Sunday or public holidays.

International Shipping 

How much does international shipping cost?
We offer FREE INTERNATIONAL shipping for any purchase of USD$150 or more, or $25 international shipping for any purchase below $150. 

Returns

What is your return/exchange policy?

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer refund or exchange for international orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, please email help@trendoll.com or contact wechat at trendoll001. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
